DISCOVER THE JOYS AND EXHILARATING MOMENTS

...OF FACE-TO-FACE ENCOUNTERS with grey whales in their natural ‘nursery’ of the warm ,waters near Guerrero Negro. This inspiring journey through the diverse landscape of northern Baja provides an experience of welcoming culture, craggy coastal shores, high desert plains and the turquoise waters along the Sea of Cortez. Fantasy RV Tours has designed a perfect blend of natural habitats unique to this delightful vacation. Spend two full days on the Scammons Lagoon where our grey whale encounter becomes a reality. Baby greys and their mothers cautiously approach to investigate our presence and welcome the encounter that is seemingly unimaginable. Guided by expert WagonMasters our tour begins and ends in the US. For the comfort of our guests, we will be accompanied by the well-known ‘Green Angels’ who are available to assist if needed. We camp along moonlit shores, walk through desert gardens, feast on local cuisine and partake in the local culture. Our tour returns to the US area for a final night of camping and
good-byes. Filled with new encounters, this is one of Fantasy’s most touching and memorable vacations.

Baja California is the world’s longest peninsula and the landscape is widely diverse and captivating. With the endless blue of the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Sea of Cortez white sand coasts on the east, Baja is one great beach. But you might be surprised that it also boasts three mountain ranges, placid valleys, and high deserts with thousands of varieties of plants and animals.

Guerrero Negro, located on Scammon’s Lagoon, is an ideal spot to observe California grey whales between January and March. Thousands of whales migrate from the Bering Sea to the lagoon each year.
